🎯 Requirements

- 3-5 years negotiating SaaS agreements.
- Experience with strategic agreements, information security, IP, and privacy.
- Familiarity with AI/ML contract terms including data usage and liability.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build operational processes.
- Solid knowledge of contract and corporate law.
