Lead CPSR-compliant purchasing system per FAR Part 44 and agency requirements
Prepare for CPSRs; lead audit prep, documentation, mock reviews, corrective actions
Establish, implement, and improve procurement policies and internal controls
Oversee compliance across subcontracting, consulting, and ODC purchases
Document competition, price/cost analysis, and fair determinations
Provide sourcing guidance and risk mitigation; partner with Contracts, Growth, Delivery & Finance

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
8-10+ years in federal procurement, subcontracts, or purchasing compliance
Experience supporting or leading CPSRs with approved purchasing systems
Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and agency requirements
Experience with ERP systems (Costpoint) and procurement workflows
Experience with SpendLogic for procurement filing and audits
