Procurement Analyst I

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end procurement lifecycle in Coupa
• Guide stakeholders through FloQast’s decentralized purchasing process
• Communicate with vendors for quotes, pricing, and docs
• Negotiate pricing/terms for low-risk vendor agreements (<$50k)
• Review orders, proposals, and SOWs for completeness
• Route agreements for security, privacy, finance, and legal review

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, finance operations, or similar
• Hands-on experience with a P2P tool like Coupa, SAP Ariba, NetSuite, or Oracle
• Understanding of the procurement lifecycle — from supplier setup to invoice payment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
• Professional communication skills and ability to work with both internal teams and external vendors
• Self-starter mentality with a desire to learn and grow within procurement
