Procurement Analyst

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end procurement workflow for low-value vendor engagements.
• Manage procurement intake in Zip; keep data current across systems.
• Answer procurement questions in Slack; guide stakeholders through processes.
• Support RFP/RFQ/RFI events, renewals, and vendor communications.
• Review spend data to identify consolidation opportunities and TCO.
• Develop and maintain procurement reporting and KPIs with stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with procure-to-pay systems; Zip or similar tools.
• Experience in procurement/purchasing operations; manage process-driven work accurately.
• Ability to review spend data and create recurring reports.
• Define and present KPIs: PO cycle time, savings, compliance, spend by category.
• Support internal stakeholders with procurement questions; explain requirements clearly.
• Strong organization, time management, prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
