Procurement Analyst

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business units on renewals, purchases, vendor mgmt, and contract integration.
• Support daily ops in tracking apps; document use cases and features; map landscape.
• Track expenses; reduce overspend by removing unused licenses and shadow IT.
• Collaborate with IT operations, legal, privacy, and security teams.
• Participate in vendor contract negotiations for favorable terms.
• Identify and mitigate vendor risks; track gaps and ensure policy compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in enterprise/global organizations.
• 2+ years experience selecting, procuring, and managing vendors.
• 2+ years negotiating software and service contracts.
• Innovative thinker with strong prioritization and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with SOC 2 Type II reporting.
• Experience with operational excellence and continuous improvement.
