📋 Description

  • Evaluate project schedules and initiate procurement activities to meet deadlines.
  • Develop Procurement Schedule and define procurement scope based on project needs.
  • Create requests for quote, gather and evaluate bids, and issue purchase orders.
  • Confirm commercial details of vendor order acknowledgements and ensure reviews.
  • Manage the purchase order process from initial request through closeout.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, PM, Construction, vendors, and site personnel.

🎯 Requirements

  • Associate degree in Supply Chain, Business Admin, or related field preferred.
  • 3–5 years experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Experience with ERP or procurement systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Viewpoint Spectrum).
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools and electrical materials.
  • Strong vendor relations and cross‑functional collaboration.
