Job Summary

As we expand our impact and presence with our active clients, we are hiring an entry-level Associate Account Manager to support strategic accounts and deliver a standout client experience.

What You’ll Shape

In this role, you will support senior account leaders in managing a portfolio of mining clients, ensuring they see clear value from ProCogia’s analytics and AI solutions. You will coordinate day-to-day communication, maintain account health, and build the foundation to eventually own your own book of business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support senior account managers in delivering an excellent end-to-endexperience for mining clients, from onboarding through renewal.
  • Coordinate meetings, status updates, and follow-ups between client stakeholders and ProCogia delivery teams.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, contacts, and opportunity information to supportforecasting and decision-making.
  • Help prepare QBRs/EBRs, presentations, and value summaries that highlight impact for mining clients.
  • Surface risks, issues, and simple growth opportunities and collaborate with senior team members to address them.
  • Learn ProCogia’s data and AI offerings and assist with proposals, SOWs, and renewal documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (consultants, data scientists, engineers) to keep client work on track.
  • Champion ProCogia’s values of Trust, Growth, Innovation, Excellence, and Ownership in all client and internal interactions.

Qualifications

  • 1–4 years of experience in client-facing roles (customer success, account coordination, sales support, consulting internships/co-ops, or similar).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and comfort working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Interest in data, analytics, or AI and how they can transform operational industries like mining.
  • High degree of organization, attention to detail, and follow-through across multiple tasks and projects.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-friendly consulting environment.
  • Exposure to mining, natural resources, or industrial operations, or strong interest in learning this domain.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic reporting.
  • Education in business, data/analytics, engineering, or related fields (degree, diploma, or equivalent experience).
  • Willing to travel on a frequent basis.
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada.
