Own a pipeline of homeowner applications for processing
Obtain supplemental information from homeowners via our task/to-do service
Place orders with third-party vendors for underwriting components
Verify all documentation per guidelines
Compile an initial package review to determine underwriting eligibility
Coordinate cross-functional efforts with Signing and Funding teams to close investments

🎯 Requirements

1-3 years experience in loan processing, finance ops, compliance, servicing, paralegal work and/or application review
Experience in roles where success is measured by accuracy, completeness, and efficiency
Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and escalating issues as needed
Strong written and communication skills
Excellent problem solving skills
Strong computer & CRM skills, with Salesforce experience
