Processing Supervisor - 2nd Shift

📋 Description

• Oversee daily post-harvest workflows and assign tasks (deboning, trimming, sifting).
• Train the team on procedures, safety, and quality expectations.
• Perform QC inspections and report quality issues to leadership.
• Create and manage Processing Work Orders; monitor productivity.
• Maintain accurate records in Biotrack/Trym; manage timecards and shifts.
• Operate or train on RS420; ensure a clean, compliant processing space.

🎯 Requirements

• Two years' supervisory/managerial experience.
• 2–3 years in production/manufacturing; cannabis exp preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail; follow SOPs.
• Time-management and multitasking.
• Basic computer skills; able to learn internal tracking systems.
• Able to work around plant material; pollen/dust exposure.
