Review, track and approve invoices for funding
Communicate with brokers to verify invoice details
Collect required documents from brokers and clients
Manage the status of invoices according to provided criteria
Assist team members from different tiers with complex invoice issues
Maintain broker and client relationships with consistent follow-ups to strengthen client rapport

🎯 Requirements

2 years of invoice processing/accounts payable experience preferred
Excellent English proficiency - written and verbal
Detail and accuracy-oriented, enjoys investigating issues
Knowledge and experience in cloud computing; Salesforce is a plus
Ability to quickly learn new web-based technologies
Problem solver with the ability to discover problems and find solutions
