Processing Assistant Trainer (Internal Applicants Only)

📋 Description

• Train processing assistants on tasks, Encompass, and appraisal ordering
• Build scalable, multi-modal training with self-paced modules and videos
• Use AI-assisted tools and job aids to speed ramping
• Act as a processing floater to keep daily output accurate and on time
• Lead rollout training for new processes and LOS changes
• Provide actionable feedback and improve training content

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years as a processing assistant or equivalent
• Strong understanding of FHA, VA, GSE, and Chattel lending
• Excellent listening, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage priorities
• Strong interpersonal communication and team-building skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
