📋 Description

• Drive improvements in global processes for fraud and safety agents' daily workflows.
• Support tools and technical changes across operations; design workflows and diagrams.
• Serve as SME on Ops tools and processes for Fraud & Safety; track trends.
• Enable business by aligning system architecture, implementation, and workflows.
• Decompose tools into logical system design and process interaction diagrams.
• Lead cross-functional discussions to influence design, priorities, and delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Science preferred.
• 6+ years in front/back-office operations with 2+ years in software/tool improvement.
• Proven leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong data-driven analytics and QA experience in ops tooling.
• Experience implementing system designs aligned to multi-year product/tech strategy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proactive and autonomous.
