  • Apply 'the Algorithm' to streamline delete steps and simplify procedures.
  • Coordinate and lead Customer Connections sessions, documenting observations and fixing problems.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for executive escalations; resolve problems quickly.
  • Triage active issues; engage stakeholders to mitigate impact and pursue systemic fixes.
  • Design, implement, and measure A/B tests for the consumer base.
  • Create strategies for internal customers and communicate with involved parties.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years in customer operations or related field.
  • 2+ years of process improvement in supply chain, production, or manufacturing.
  • Significant experience with tools/systems to manage Starlink consumer customers.
  • Significant technical knowledge of Starlink in at least one key area.
  • Experience running A/B tests.
  • Data analysis skills in Excel, VBA, and/or SQL.
