Conduct PHAs of advanced chemical systems; propose controls to reduce risk.
Evaluate overpressure/overtemperature scenarios and hazards.
Oversee FAT, SAT, risk analyses on complex process equipment.
Implement and field-validate safety-critical instruments and interlocks during PSSRs.
Implement a Process Safety Management (PSM) program and ensure compliance.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in process safety or chemical engineering.
3+ years design/commissioning chemical systems.
Master's degree in chemical engineering (preferred).
Ability to read P&IDs, equipment datasheets, instrumentation diagrams.
Experience with safety control circuits and calculating safety performance levels.
HF acid and hazardous process systems; ASME/NFPA/ANSI/IBC/IFC/RAGAGEP.
