Identify equipment and process deviations; perform corrective actions
Troubleshoot, maintain, and calibrate process equipment (compressors, gas analyzers, valves)
Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and fabricators to implement designs in the field
Create operating procedures with engineers/technicians
Coordinate across disciplines to secure resources for builds
Use schematics and parts lists to maintain a hardware inventory

🎯 Requirements

Associate degree in mechanical or electrical engineering tech with 4+ years in automated processes
Or high school diploma +6 years in control room ops, plant ops, or instrumentation/electrical operations
Holds Class B or higher Water Operator and/or Wastewater Operator license via TCEQ or equivalent
Able to read P&ID and schematic wiring diagrams
Familiar with lockout/tagout, job hazard analysis, hot work permitting
Familiar with 120V, 480V, and 4160V switchgear and components
