- Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile; Business Process Manager certs desirable.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and written/verbal communication to senior mgmt and teams.
- Proven cross-functional, global experience in fast-paced environments.
- Be part of a 24/7 on-call rota, ~2 days per month.
