Lead Pack and Receive and Kitchen teams during shift
Ensure order accuracy and fast delivery to customers
Coach and motivate the team to improve the customer experience
Escalate site issues to Site Leadership, Regional Leadership, and Live Monitoring
Oversee facility operations and delivery processes; ensure smooth handoffs to next shift
Develop and train new associates on site

🎯 Requirements

2 years internal Gopuff experience
2+ years leadership in retail, grocery, military, or restaurant
1+ years process improvement; ServeSafe certification preferred
Flexible schedules; available during peak hours 5pm-3am; weekends
Team-oriented mentality
Stand, bend, reach and walk; lift up to 49 pounds
