- Experience designing and implementing automation (RPA, workflow, integration) in finance/tech.
- Analytical with KPI management and data-driven decisions.
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration with Product, BI, Engineering.
- Experience in fast-paced, international or high-growth tech env desirable.
