- Proven expertise in designing and implementing process automation (RPA, workflow, system integration).
- Analytical skills with KPIs and data-driven decisions.
- Strong leadership and collaboration with Product, BI, Engineering.
- Experience in operational controls, compliance frameworks, risk mitigation.
- Experience in fast-paced, international, or high-growth tech environment desirable.
