Lead the Pack, Receive and Kitchen teams during shifts.
Coach and motivate the team to deliver a great customer experience.
Ensure order accuracy and fast, efficient delivery to customers.
Escalate site issues to Site Leadership, Regional Leadership and Live Monitoring.
Oversee shift operations and prep next shift for success.
Train and develop new site and kitchen associates.

🎯 Requirements

2 years internal Gopuff experience
2+ years leadership in retail, grocery, military, restaurant or equivalent
1+ years in process improvement; ServeSafe certification preferred
Availability during peak hours (5pm-3am) and weekends
Team-oriented mentality
Stand, bend, reach, walk; lift up to 49 pounds
