- Pack orders and receive inbound inventory during low-volume periods
- Direct all associate activities and coordinate shift coverage
- Escalate site issues to Site Leadership and Live Monitoring
- Oversee facility operations and delivery processes for your shift
- Develop and train new associates within site
- Handle driver routing and backstock activities
🎯 Requirements
- 2 years of internal Gopuff experience
- 2+ years of leadership experience in retail, grocery, military or equivalent
- 1+ years of process-improvement experience; ServeSafe certification preferred
- Ability to work with fluid schedules; peak hours 5pm-3am and weekends
- Team-oriented mentality
- Ability to stand, bend, reach and walk during shifts; lift up to 49 pounds
