- Lead performance and day-to-day tasks of Pack, Receive and Kitchen teams
- Coach and motivate team to deliver accurate orders and fast delivery
- Escalate site issues to Site Leadership, Regional Leadership, and Live Monitoring for assistance
- Oversee facility operations and delivery processes on shift to set up subsequent shifts
- Develop and train new associates within site (and kitchen) when leadership unavailable
- Manual intervention of driver routing and dispatching
🎯 Requirements
- 2 years internal Gopuff experience
- 2+ years leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, restaurant or equivalent
- 1+ years improving processes and efficiencies; ServeSafe Certification highly preferred
- Ability to work with fluid schedules; peak hours 5pm-3am and weekends
- Team-oriented mentality
- Stand, bend, reach and walk; lift up to 49 pounds
