- Pack orders and receive inbound inventory during low-volume periods
- Complete ICQA during low-volume periods
- Lead shift activities; coordinate with Pack, Receive, and Kitchen teams
- Escalate real-time site issues to Site/Regional Leadership and Live Monitoring
- Oversee facility operations and ensure subsequent shifts are set up to succeed
- Develop and train new associates on site and in kitchen
🎯 Requirements
- 2 years of internal Gopuff experience
- 2+ years of leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, or restaurant
- 1+ years of improving processes; ServeSafe certification highly preferred
- Able to work fluid schedules; peak hours 5pm-3am; weekends
- Team-oriented mentality
- Able to stand, bend, reach and walk; lift up to 49 pounds
