Process Excellence Manager

📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional programs aligned with servicing strategy and OKRs.
• Develop program roadmaps; track KPIs, timelines, and budgets.
• Partner with senior leaders across product, engineering, and operations.
• Establish stakeholder engagement; provide executive-ready status updates.
• Proactively identify risks; propose data-backed solutions and resolutions.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma to identify root causes and improve quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Program Management, Continuous Improvement, or Product Ops.
• 3+ years in dispute management in fintech; 3+ years in management.
• Subject matter expert on financial regs: UCC, Reg E, Reg Z, GDPR.
• Working knowledge of Regulation E and Regulation Z.
• Certifications in Six Sigma, Project Management or Design Thinking.
• Proven success leading large cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes.

• USA base pay ranges: 130k-170k for CA/WA/NY/NJ/CT; 115k-155k elsewhere.
