Develop manufacturing, integration, assembly, welding, NDE, and checkouts processes.
Design and implement tooling for work access, testing, fixturing, lifting, and fluids.
Define and document inspection requirements and procedures.
Create training for production and inspection processes.
Plan, test, and train to ensure quality at increasing production volumes.
Contain non-conforming hardware with quality, production, and design to fix issues.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's in engineering (Mech/Aero/Materials/Manufacturing/Elec/EP).
1+ year in manufacturing, quality, or design engineering (internships qualify).
Tooling design and design for manufacturability.
NX/SolidWorks/CATIA proficiency.
Welding techniques and NDT methods.
SQL and Power BI or similar data visualization.
