- Demonstrate ownership in construction and operation of ultrapure water facility
- Design, implement, and productionize mechanical and fluid systems per regs
- Interpret lab data, operator feedback to maintain safe plant ops
- Develop, implement, maintain, and improve SOPs and process equipment
- Partner with ops, engineering, EHS, facilities, regulators and suppliers
- Identify and champion continuous improvement projects
- Develop project plans, budgets, cost-benefit analyses
- Monitor and communicate area status and risks
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, math, or science
- 1+ year in manufacturing or fluids/mechanical/electromechanical design
- 3+ years hands-on wastewater treatment
- Experience with process parameters and units for temperature, pressure, flow, and power
- Read and understand PFDs, P&IDs, CAD drawings, BOMs
- Experience with mechanical equipment requiring disassembly and repair
- Lockout/tagout, job hazard analysis, hot work permitting
- Experience applying lean manufacturing principles
- Experience taking products from R&D into production
- Able to work all shifts and weekends as needed
- Standing for long periods, climbing ladders, bending, lifting up to 25lbs
- Work outside with hand tools
- ITAR: US citizen or eligible for export authorization
