🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related technical field preferred.
- Experience as a Process Engineer with powder and liquid formulations.
- Background in household cleaning, personal care, or adjacent consumer products preferred.
- Strong understanding of formulation, scale-up, and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to assess contract manufacturer equipment capabilities and limitations.
- Experience troubleshooting production issues and recommending practical adjustments.
