🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 2+ years of hands-on technical or R&D experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude with plumbing, electrical, and lab equipment
- Experience with CAD, SolidWorks, and other design software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness and ability to travel 75%+ of the time
