🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- 3+ years in process engineering; 5+ preferred.
- At least 1 year of leadership experience in manufacturing.
- Experience in project management or cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong analytical and data-driven problem solving.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities; excellent communication.
🎁 Benefits
- Annual base salary range: $95,000-105,000
