Process Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead development and continuous improvement of standard work to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Define and maintain cycle times, labor standards, and efficiency metrics regularly.
• Lead and coordinate multiple small-to-medium engineering projects with timely execution and alignment with priorities.
• Conduct regular Gemba walks and safety reviews to identify risks and promote a zero-incident environment.
• Develop PFMEAs and lead cross-functional reviews to reduce quality risks and cost of poor quality.
• Support new product launches and LV1 readiness for standards implementation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in process engineering (5+ years preferred)
• At least 1 year of leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
• Experience in project management or leading cross-functional initiatives preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
