Find root causes of inefficiency, rework, delays, and variability
Map and document current state processes, workflows and systems
Translate business needs into functional and nonfunctional requirements
Design future-state processes with clear handoffs and metrics
Establish lean and continuous improvement practices and governance

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
2+ years in process improvement or quality
Lean Six Sigma, BPM, or similar certification
Proficient problem solving
Data analytics and visualization tools (Excel, PowerBI)
ERP or WMS systems (Microsoft Dynamics; Infios a plus)
