🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field.
- 2+ years manufacturing/production experience.
- Experience in Quality or Industrial Engineering roles.
- Knowledge of lean and quality tools: Process Mapping, Six Sigma, RCA, PFMEA, APQP, Metrology, and Control Plans.
- Experience with DOE, SPC, ANOVA, regression analysis; familiarity with Minitab or similar.
- Proficiency with SQL; experience with VBA, Python, .NET, Flask, JavaScript, RESTful API development.
- Experience with AI prompts/agents/workflows and AI code assistants.
- Experience with AS 9100, ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, ISO 13485, or similar QMS.
