🎯 Requirements

  • 1-2+ years in high-volume inbound support or account management in Tech/SaaS.
  • Navigate tools like Salesforce, Maestro, and Looker while troubleshooting mobile apps.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication for escalations.
  • Explain small business policies with a partner mindset.
  • Self-starter with focus in a fast-paced environment and independent problem solving.
  • Preferred availability to cover 10:00am-6:30pm ET or 10:30am-7pm ET.
