Maintain a database of referrals and resources for patients.
Assist with NeuroFlow content and assign relevant content to patients.
Document all patient communications timely and coordinate with staff to ensure safety.

🎯 Requirements

Master's degree in a clinical field (SW, Counseling, Psych, etc.)
Independent licensure (LCSW/LPC/LMFT or equivalent); associate not accepted
2+ years of related clinical experience
Flexible and adaptive to a growing program and processes
Professional and organized in written and verbal communication
Thrive in a fast-paced, independent environment and build rapport
