  • Receive and audit collateral loan documentation for quality control
  • Follow up with internal team and escrow/title on missing loan docs via email and phone
  • Save and upload collateral loan docs to our loan origination software
  • Organize and ship original collateral loan docs via UPS to lender
  • Discard loan documentation after payoff
  • Assist with ad hoc projects, including lien release audits

🎯 Requirements

  • Junior or Senior graduating in the next 12 months
  • Interest in real estate, investing, and lending
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; willing to call
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
