- Junior or Senior graduating in the next 12 months
- Interest in real estate, investing, and lending
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication; willing to call
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
