Private Duty Home Health Aide (HHA/CNA)

📋 Description

• Provide in-home support to help clients stay safe, comfortable, independent.
• One-on-one care in a private home setting aligned to the client’s plan.
• Assist with mobility and transfers to prevent falls.
• Support basic personal care: hygiene, toileting, dressing.
• Monitor and respond to emergencies and changes in condition.
• Document changes in client condition and follow care policies.

🎯 Requirements

• CNA or HHA certification; experience in home care preferred.
• Experience with fall-risk and mobility-impaired clients preferred.
• Comfortable assisting with personal care tasks.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Able to work independently in private home settings.
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions and care plans.
