Provide in-home care for clients in private homes, supporting safety, comfort, and independence.
Assist with mobility and transfers to prevent falls.
Support basic personal care, including hygiene, toileting, and dressing.
Monitor oxygen therapy and other care needs per plan of care.
Prepare light snacks or drinks and offer companionship during shifts.
Document changes and report to supervisors promptly.

Qualifications

CNA, HHA or equivalent home care experience.
Experience with fall-risk and mobility-impaired clients.
Comfort with personal care tasks.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Proficient with tablets/computers for documentation.
Ability to follow a care plan and instructions.
