📋 Description

• In-home care for a 76-year-old client in Troy, MI.
• Assist with ADLs and personal care.
• Stand-by/gait assistance with walker; ensure safety.
• Escort to therapy and medical appointments; reliable transport required.
• Follow the client’s plan of care and report changes promptly.
• Maintain a safe, clean, compassionate home environment.

🎯 Requirements

• CNA or HHA certification or equivalent home care experience.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Recent negative TB Test Result.
• Valid Auto Insurance with your name listed on the policy.
• Reliable transportation.
• Experience with fall-risk and mobility-impaired clients preferred.
