Private Duty Home Health Aide (HHA/CNA)

📋 Description

• Provide in-home support to help clients stay safe and independent.
• Work one-on-one with clients in private homes to meet care needs.
• Assist with mobility and transfers to prevent falls.
• Provide basic personal care: hygiene, toileting, dressing.
• Monitor oxygen therapy as needed.
• Follow professional standards and care policies.

🎯 Requirements

• CNA or HHA or equivalent in home care.
• Experience with fall-risk and mobility-impaired clients.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Clear Background Check.
• Negative TB Test Results.
