Private Duty Home Health Aide (HHA/CNA)

📋 Description

• Provide in-home support one-on-one with clients in private homes.
• Assist with mobility and transfers to prevent falls.
• Deliver basic personal care: hygiene, toileting, dressing.
• Monitor oxygen therapy and other needs per care plan.
• Document and report changes in client condition promptly.
• Follow professional standards and care policies/local requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• CNA, HHA or equivalent home care experience preferred.
• Experience with fall-risk and mobility-impaired clients.
• Valid Driver’s License and auto insurance.
• Current CPR Certification and clear background check.
• Negative TB test results.
• Proficient with tablets/computers for documentation.
