Follow a written plan of care; provide personal care, household and companion care.
Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care.
Light housekeeping, laundry, bed making.
Meal preparation and feeding.
Range of motion exercises and ambulation/transfers.
Medication reminders and vital sign checks.

🎯 Requirements

Active CNA, PCA, or HHA certification.
Experience delivering in-home care preferred.
Ability to follow care plans and document care.
Excellent communication and compassionate approach.
