- Partner with the Private Client Operations Manager to deliver strategy across the EMEA region.
- Act as operational partner to regional Private Client teams; ensure seamless client experience.
- Identify inefficiencies; collaborate with global stakeholders to implement improvements.
- Lead onboarding and induction for new Private Client team members in EMEA.
- Deliver systems and operational training; equip stylists to use all tools from day one.
- Serve as the regional ambassador for key Private Client systems.
🎯 Requirements
- 3-5 years in operations, luxury retail, client services, or e-commerce.
- Experience in luxury fashion, Private Client / VIP servicing, or logistics desirable.
- Proven ability to manage escalations across multiple teams/time zones.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple priorities.
- Tech-savvy with Salesforce, Looker, CRM systems, and JIRA.
- Natural trainer with excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
