  • Manage privacy and safety workflows across products.
  • Handle data subject requests (GDPR, CCPA) and content reports (DSA/OSA) with accuracy and SLAs.
  • Support incident response investigations with cross-functional coordination.
  • Identify patterns and surface insights to Product, Engineering, Security.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs and documentation for consistency.
  • Proactively identify automation opportunities with Product or Engineering.
  • Communicate clearly with users and internal stakeholders in high-stakes situations.

  • You have 1:1 user support experience with SLA adherence.
  • Experience with regulated privacy workflows (DSRs, reports).
  • Attention to detail and high-quality, defensible documentation.
  • Good judgment in ambiguous, risk-sensitive situations.
  • Comfort learning new tools and navigating technical systems.
  • Familiarity with GDPR, COPPA, or DSA.
  • Clear, calm communication in sensitive scenarios.
  • Ownership mindset to improve processes and tooling.
