🎯 Requirements
- JD from ABA-accredited law school; active US state bar.
- 4–7 years in data privacy, cybersecurity, or AI law.
- Deep familiarity with US privacy frameworks (CCPA/CPRA, CAN-SPAM, TCPA, 23 NYCRR Part 500) and GDPR/LGPD.
- Experience advising on AI governance (risk assessments, model governance).
- Hands-on drafting/negotiating DPAs and AI addenda.
- Translate complex legal/regulatory requirements into practical guidance for technical teams.
