  • Provide privacy compliance support to product, customer service, revenue, HR, data, and security.
  • Advise on DPIAs and novel uses of personal data; support product teams in data commercialisation.
  • Mature and scale processes for data subject rights and data requests.
  • Maintain data privacy policies, processing records, and retention schedules.
  • Review/negotiate DPAs and SCCs; manage international data transfers.
  • Collaborate with EU team to ensure EU privacy compliance and in-market activities.

🎯 Requirements

  • Qualified lawyer with 2-4 years PQE in data/privacy, ideally with in-house experience.
  • Privacy professional with IAPP qualifications; relevant experience in tech or financial services.
  • Pragmatic, risk-based approach to applying data/privacy law.
  • Interest in operationalising data/privacy law and its theory.
  • Experience advising on AI regulation is beneficial.
  • Interest in e-money/payments, merchant acquiring, and tech innovation.
