Privacy Counsel

📋 Description

• Implement and maintain Cribl’s privacy program; ensure global compliance.
• Provide guidance to product/marketing on legal/privacy issues, incl. AI laws.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify issues, propose solutions, drive outcomes.
• Stay current on the evolving privacy landscape; educate team members accordingly.
• Negotiate privacy-related agreements in support of sales.
• Remote-first; may require duties outside standard hours across time zones.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years privacy experience; CIPP/US or CIPM bonus; SaaS/enterprise experience preferred.
• Proficiency with U.S. and global privacy laws, including GDPR and CCPA.
• Strong project management; detail-oriented; prioritize and execute.
• Passion for privacy law and tech; eager to learn in a fast-evolving landscape.
• Comfort in a remote environment; work asynchronously across time zones.
• Juris Doctorate and active license to practice law.
