🎯 Requirements
- Proven privacy/data protection experience in a multinational org (SaaS/tech preferred).
- Advising on LGPD, GDPR, CPRA and related regimes.
- Familiarity with AI governance and compliance frameworks.
- Law degree preferred but not required.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese; Spanish a plus.
- Privacy/AI certifications (IAPP CIPP/E, CIPM, AIGP) advantageous.
