Prior Authorization Supervisor

📋 Description

• Directly lead and manage Patient Support Associates to ensure service levels.
• Proactively manage support in hospitals/clinics to ensure on-time medications.
• Lead a Patient Support team to meet service level goals and high-quality care.
• Manage ADP, PTO, and Time Reports for team members.
• Complete audits of team in supported systems to ensure efficient workflow.
• Provide front-line supervision and ongoing coaching for Patient Support team.

🎯 Requirements

• State-registered pharmacy technicians with national CPhT certification.
• 3+ years of pharmacy technician experience (3-5+ years in Specialty Pharmacy preferred).
• Strong leadership experience or Team Lead experience.
• High School diploma / GED; Bachelor's preferred or pursuing.
• Remote positions not in core location may travel up to 20% as needed.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; proficient in Excel/Word.
