Prior Authorization Supervisor

📋 Description

• Directly lead and manage a team of Patient Support Associates.
• Ensure on-time medication delivery and timely prior authorization support.
• Achieve service level goals and deliver high-quality patient care.
• Oversee ADP, PTO and time reporting for the team.
• Provide coaching, performance management, and training support.
• Coordinate hospital partner calls and on-site collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed Pharmacy Technician; state registration and CPhT certification.
• 3+ years pharmacy technician experience; 3-5+ years in Specialty Pharmacy preferred.
• Strong leadership/people management experience (team lead preferred).
• Education: High School diploma; Bachelor's preferred or in progress.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel; strong communication and training.
• Knowledge of Pharmacy dispensing/EMR systems (Willow/QS1/RX30 a plus); travel 20%.
