- 3+ years of print design experience in womenâs apparel (dresses preferred)
- Strong graphic design with eye for composition and scale
- Proven ability to develop original, commercial prints
- Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop, Miro
- Experience creating production-ready artwork and mill sheets
- Strong understanding of strike-offs, repeats, and print execution
- Bachelorâs Degree, preferred
